Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying from us. This policy explains exactly when you're entitled to a refund, how much, and how to get one — no fine-print surprises.

Our commitment

At Prime Choice Technologies LLC, a refund request is treated as a signal that we can do better. We aim to resolve every request quickly and fairly. This policy applies to Products and Productized Services purchased directly from us and works alongside our Product & Service Terms.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

Our fixed-scope Productized Services — including Site Survey & Design and standard per-drop cabling packages — carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

  • If a completed Productized Service doesn't meet the scope we published, tell us within 30 days and we will first re-perform the work to spec at no charge.
  • If we still can't make it right, we refund the labor portion of that service in full.

What's eligible for a refund

  • Prepaid services not yet performed — refunded in full, less any materials already special-ordered on your behalf.
  • Productized Services under the 30-day guarantee — labor refunded if we can't meet the published scope.
  • Stock hardware returned unused, in original packaging, within 30 days (a restocking fee may apply — see below).
  • Duplicate or billing errors — always refunded in full, promptly.

What's not refundable

Because integration work consumes labor and made-to-order materials, some items can't be refunded:

  • Custom, project-based Project Services already performed and accepted.
  • Special-order, cut-to-length, or custom-configured materials once ordered.
  • Labor, travel, and engineering time already delivered (except under the 30-day guarantee above).
  • Third-party fees we've paid on your behalf, such as permits or manufacturer NRE charges.

Deposits & design fees

  • The Site Survey & Design fee is fully credited toward your installation if you proceed within 90 days.
  • If you cancel before the survey is performed, the fee is refunded in full. Once the survey and stamped design are delivered, the fee is earned and non-refundable — but the deliverables are yours to keep.
  • Project deposits are applied to your first milestone and are refundable (less costs already incurred) if you cancel before work begins.

Hardware & materials returns

  • Unused, unopened stock hardware may be returned within 30 days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, matching the manufacturer/distributor terms for that item.
  • Return shipping is the Customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • Defective hardware is handled under the manufacturer warranty — we coordinate advance-replacement where the manufacturer offers it.

Managed services & subscriptions

  • Managed Network & NOC plans bill monthly in advance on a 30-day rolling term. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
  • The current month is not pro-rated after it begins; service continues through the paid period.
  • Missed SLA targets are credited as service credits on a future invoice, as defined in your plan.

How to request a refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

  • Email info@primechoicetech.net or call (614) 900-3122 with your invoice or order number.
  • Tell us what happened. For service issues, include photos or test data if you have them.
  • We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

Refund method & timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days; ACH/check within one billing cycle.
  • If the original method is unavailable, we'll arrange an ACH transfer or account credit — your choice.

Warranty claims vs. refunds

Many post-completion concerns are covered by our workmanship warranty or the manufacturer warranty rather than a refund. In those cases we repair or re-perform the work at no charge. See the Warranty & SLA section of our Terms.

Disputes & chargebacks

If you're unhappy with a refund decision, ask for a manager review — we'll take a fresh look. Please reach out before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly; most disputes are settled with a quick conversation.
